Money Watch — for developers.

Every payout source you have, watched. The moment money lands, you see it: “you made X in Y time” — and your own split map, drawn on every landing, so you can see where each payout is meant to go before you touch your banking.

No more hunting through store dashboards, PayPal, affiliate balances, and bank deposits to answer one question: did I get paid?

Join the interest list What it watches

What it watches

Your watch list is the set of sources you plug in. Each one reports in its own honest state — a source that is not plugged in yet reads as exactly that, never as a reading.

Your sales backend — store records

watching

Orders landing in your own backend ledger. The first source the house watch ever ran on, and the pattern every other plug follows.

Business PayPal

built — plug seats at signup

A read-only OAuth lane (balances + transaction history). Your credential, seated server-side by you; the watch never holds custody of anything.

Google Play payouts

named — in the spec

Payout reports reconciled against bank deposits, so a store payout and the bank landing are one event, not two.

Bank feeds (Plaid-class)

named — in the spec

Bank-only revenue (stores, networks, marketplaces) lands here. Until the feed is plugged, this door honestly reads "not reported".

Affiliate balances

named — in the spec

Collector-fed affiliate balances join the watch as they are fed — real balances only, no estimates dressed as landings.

States on this page: watching — plugged in and reporting. built — plug seats at signup — the read lane exists and starts when your own credential is seated, by you, server-side. named — phase 2 — named on the watch list, not yet wired; it reads “not reported” until it is.

The flash

EXAMPLE

You made $212.40 in the last 24 hours

That is what a landing looks like the moment it is detected — hour, day, and week windows, revenue only. This card is an example of the format, not a real reading.

The honesty line: totals count revenue only — your own transfers, settlements, and refunds are shown as themselves, never counted as money made.

And no history ever flashes as fresh money: the first run on any estate is a baseline that absorbs what is already there and fires nothing, and every landing fires exactly once.

Your map, drawn on every landing

1. You draw the map

Name your accounts, set your percentages, add per-source overrides — for example, a standing slice of every revenue landing to overhead, the rest down your business lanes.

2. Every landing gets drawn

Each time money lands, Money Watch computes your split for that landing and shows it — amounts per destination, on the landing itself.

3. You move it yourself

The split is a plan, shown in full. Acting on it stays in your own banking, in seconds, with the arithmetic already done.

Money Watch never moves your money. Watching, reporting and the split plan are read-only. Moving money arrives only on a licensed transfer rail, in its own phase, signed off separately.

Read-only credentials only, no custody of funds, and you can disconnect any source at any time. In reports, account identifiers are shown as role labels — never printed raw.
