Who we are
HerbHaul (Android app com.usefulappz.cannadash) is published by Usefulappz™ (Mike Kelley), Abbeville, Louisiana. Contact: mikekelleyii.mk2@gmail.com
The short version
HerbHaul collects no data. This build is a labeled demo: it requests no permissions at all — not even internet access — and everything it shows is bundled inside the app. No accounts, no sign-in that sends anything anywhere, no analytics, no advertising SDK, no tracking. Nothing you do in the app ever leaves your phone, because the app has no way to send it.
What this build is
This is a demonstration build of the HerbHaul storefront. The dispensaries, menus, and prices are demo data printed on the face as demo. No real order can be placed, no payment is taken, and no delivery is arranged in this build. The working product is planned as a web app; this app exists so the design, the fee stack, and the state-rules engine can be seen and tested.
How the app works
- The 21+ gate stays on your device. The app opens with an age gate that asks for a date of birth. That date is checked on the device, on that screen, and that is the whole story: the app has no network connection, no account, and no storage it writes your date of birth to. It is never sent to us or to anyone.
- Everything is bundled. The demo dispensary list, the demo menu, the cart, and the checkout arithmetic (the full fee stack, computed on the face) all live inside the app and are calculated on your device. The state selector applies the printed rulebook for the state you pick — it does not locate you; the app has no location permission and never asks where you are.
- The Root Checker line. Like every app in our house, HerbHaul carries a built-in Root Checker. It looks at your device, on your device, and prints what it finds on the home screen for you to see — for example whether root was detected and how many game controllers are connected. That report is shown to you and never sent anywhere; the checker has no network path. Root and controllers are welcome in our house; the checker watches, it never blocks.
- Nothing opens out. In this build the app does not open external links, does not load web content, and cannot reach the internet at all. If a later build adds doors that open in your browser, this policy will be updated first, the way our other apps' policies describe their browser links.
What the app stores
Nothing is stored off your device, and we receive nothing. The app's screens hold your demo cart only while you are using them. Uninstalling the app erases anything the app kept on the device.
Permissions, and why
- None. This build requests no Android permissions — no internet, no location, no camera, no contacts, no storage. If a future build ever needs one, it will be requested only for the feature that uses it and this policy will be updated before that build ships.
Ads
This app contains no advertising SDK, no ad network, and no advertising ID, and collects nothing for advertising. Two printed cards ride on the home screen as part of the bundled page itself: a clearly labeled Sponsor placeholder card and a house card about our own other products. Both are static text printed in the app; they load nothing from any network and track nothing. If a real third-party ad build ever ships, this policy and the app's Google Play declarations will be updated first.
Payments
The app sells nothing, takes no payment information, and contains no billing. The checkout screen is an arithmetic demonstration of the published fee stack using demo prices only.
Adults only
HerbHaul is for adults of legal age in their jurisdiction — 21 and over, enforced by the gate described above — and it is not directed at children. It collects no data from anyone, of any age.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
