Who we are

FillMyList (Android app com.usefulappz.testerhub) is developed by Usefulappz™ (Mike Kelley). Contact: mikekelleyii.mk2@gmail.com

The short version

FillMyList is free with ads (Google AdMob). The app itself sends only what you type into its forms — your name + Gmail when you join or leave the tester pool, and app details if you are a developer adding an app. Your testing checklist is stored only on your device and never leaves your phone. We run no analytics of our own and sell no data.

How the app works

• The app lists apps that are open for testing, with opt-in links. Tapping a link hands that app's real Google Play link to your system browser, outside this app — FillMyList never touches your Google account, and your actual testing sign-up happens on Google Play, under Google's own privacy policy.
• When you join the pool, leave the pool, or add an app, the app sends exactly what you typed in that form to the FillMyList service (tattoo-art-customs.onrender.com/api/testers) so the pool can route your Gmail onto tester lists. Nothing else is sent.
• Your checklist — which apps you have marked as joined — is stored only on your device, in the app's own local storage. It never leaves your phone and is never visible to us.

Permissions, and why

• Internet / network state — to load the live app feed, submit the forms you fill in, and load ads.
• Advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) — used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to serve and measure ads.

Ads

This version shows ads served by Google AdMob (banner and occasional full-screen ads). AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID and ad-interaction data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. The app also shows clearly labeled "House commercials" — our own promotional cards for our apps and affiliate partners; those are served from inside the app and involve no third-party tracking.

What we store

If you join the pool: your name and Gmail, on the FillMyList service, for as long as you stay in the pool — used only to route you onto tester lists. Leave the pool in the app (or email us) and it is removed from future routing. On your device: only your checklist, erased by uninstalling.

Children

FillMyList is a tool for adults who test apps. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
