Email Keeper — Privacy Policy

Who we are
Email Keeper (Android app com.usefulappz.emailkeeper) is developed by Usefulappz™ (Mike Kelley). Contact: mikekelleyii.mk2@gmail.com
The short version
Email Keeper is a status board for the developer's own mailboxes. It shows whether each mailbox can still be read — up or down, and when it was last checked. It collects no data from you: no accounts, no analytics, no ads SDK, no tracking, and nothing is sold.
How the app works
- The status itself is computed on our server, which performs scheduled read-only checks against the developer's own six mailboxes. The checks test whether a mailbox can be read; they never sign in, never send mail, and never read or store message content.
- The app fetches that board — mailbox names, up/down status, and the time of the last check — from our server and displays it. That is the app's only network call, and it carries none of your information.
What the app stores
Nothing about you. The app keeps no account, no profile, and no usage data. The board it displays describes the developer's mailboxes, not your device.
Permissions, and why
- Internet — used only to fetch the mailbox status board from our server, as described above.
Ads
Email Keeper contains no ads and no advertising SDK.
Children
Email Keeper is a tool for the developer's own operations. It is not directed at children under 13, and it collects no data from anyone.
