What HerbHaul is
HerbHaul is software — online ordering, dispatch, chain-of-custody manifesting, and proof-of-delivery — licensed to licensed cannabis retailers. Think of it as the plumbing: the retailer stays the seller of record on every order, its pharmacists and staff run fulfillment under its own permit, and deliveries run on sealed, manifested orders with ID checked at the door.
HerbHaul never takes title to any product, and product money never passes through HerbHaul. Retailers pay HerbHaul ordinary B2B software fees — a subscription plus a per-order service toll — settled on regular business banking, entirely outside the cannabis money stream.
In Louisiana, licensed retailers are already required to offer home delivery to patients in their region. Most don't have a fleet, a dispatch brain, or a driver app. That's the gap HerbHaul fills — the delivery program a licensee is already obligated to run, without hiring it all themselves.
Two apps — one for each side of the door
🚐 HerbHaul Driver — for drivers
Offers, pickup, and close-out for drivers working as a partner retailer's staff or contracted agents. At pickup, the app hands the address to the driver's own navigation app — Waze, Google Maps, whatever they already trust — then comes back for the door step: seal confirmation and ID attestation. Sealed bags only; the driver never handles open product.
The dispensary side runs on a simple web order board — accept, pack, seal, hand to driver. No license, no board: a retailer door opens only against a verified, unexpired state license.
The State Rules Engine
HerbHaul is national, and every state gets its own laws obeyed. The app reads location, loads that state's rulebook — legal status, delivery model, license classes, age floor, order limits, the tracking system of record — and configures the whole service to it.
- Legal states light up — where delivery is legal and licensed, the service can open.
- Illegal states stay DARK — the app opens honestly: "Not live here yet — when your state lands, this lights up." No stores, no menus, no orders, no workarounds.
- A state that legalizes flips on server-side — no new app, no update. The rulebook changes; every installed app in that state lights up.

Demo stage
HerbHaul is not live anywhere yet. There is no live ordering on this page or anywhere else. A working demo of the customer app exists; the platform opens market by market, and no market opens until legal counsel clears the structure and a licensed retail partner signs. When the first market lights up, it will be announced here.
