Some designs are decoration. "phase2 batch181 horror5 retriever" is a composition, drawn in other — subject first, structure underneath, detail where it pays. It was drawn by Site Administrator, one of the independent artists selling original work through Tattoo Art Customs.

Composition does the heavy lifting here: the focal point is established early, supporting elements are kept quieter, and the whole piece reads in one glance before the details start rewarding a second look. It is a flexible composition: it can sit as a standalone piece on an arm or leg, or become the anchor of a larger collection over time.

What you are buying is the working pair: full-color finished art plus the clean linework stencil your artist will transfer to skin. The preview here is linework only by design — the color version is delivered privately after purchase. And if it is almost right — a name worked in, different flowers, the composition flipped to fit the other arm — order it as a custom variation and an artist will redraw it to your notes.
